This Policy explains how Adivinhe a Cidade processes personal data when you browse, play, create an account or contact us.

1. Who is responsible

The controller is the Adivinhe a Cidade project. For privacy questions or data subject requests, email adivinheacidade@gmail.com.

2. Data we may process

  • Account: email address, name or public nickname, protected password record and email verification status.
  • Google sign-in: identifier, email and basic information authorized by you.
  • Games and ranking: score, game, account identifier or random guest identifier and data required to validate a match.
  • Access and security: IP address, date and time, browser, device, technical logs and anti-fraud signals.
  • Contact: information you voluntarily send by form or email.
  • Advertising and preferences: cookies, identifiers and consent choices when applicable.

3. Why we use data

We use data to create and secure accounts, authenticate access, record rankings, preserve game integrity, answer requests, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, improve the service and provide advertising when permitted.

Applicable legal grounds may include steps requested by the user, legitimate interests assessed against user rights, consent where required, legal claims and compliance with legal or regulatory obligations.

4. Cookies, local storage and your choices

We use cookies and local storage according to the functions below. On your first visit, optional technologies start disabled. You may accept, reject or select categories and change your decision at any time through .

5. Service providers and international transfers

Strictly necessary data may be processed by hosting and email providers and, depending on the feature, by Google for sign-in and advertising, Cloudflare Turnstile for security, OpenStreetMap/Leaflet for maps and social platforms you choose to visit.

Some providers may process data outside Brazil under their own safeguards and policies. We do not sell personal data.

6. How long we keep data

We retain data only as long as needed for the stated purposes, security, fraud prevention and legal obligations. You may delete your account in the account area; some records may be retained where permitted or required by law.

7. Your rights

Under Brazil's LGPD, where applicable you may request confirmation and access, correction, sharing information, anonymization, blocking or deletion, withdrawal of consent and review of applicable automated decisions.

8. Security

We use technical and administrative controls to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, alteration, loss or abuse. No system is entirely infallible; if a relevant incident occurs, we will take the measures required by law.

9. Children and teenagers

People of different ages may use the games. A child or teenager should create an account with the knowledge and guidance of a parent or legal guardian. We do not intentionally request sensitive data to play.

10. Changes and contact
